“Achieving the highest IIHS safety rating from TSP + distinguishes the safety technology and superior performance of the Chrysler Pacifica,” said Chris Feuell, CEO of the Chrysler brand. “Pacifica is the perfect choice for modern families looking for a minivan that offers the best combination of safety, functionality and value. "
The Pacifica received a "Good" rating, which is the highest rating, in each of the following tests:
- Small front overlap (driver side)
- Small front overlap (passenger side)
- Moderate front overlap

The Chrysler Pacifica was also recognized for the quality of its headlights as well as its advanced safety technologies.
Chrysler's AEB system, already offered on several Stellantis models, can identify potential collisions and dangers in order to warn the driver and if nothing is done to prevent the collision the system can also intervene. This system has received the highest rating from the IIHS, as has the Pedestrian Collision Prevention System.
